Please read these terms and conditions carefully before reserving your forest stay.
1. Reservation Policy
By making a reservation at Bhawal Resort & Spa, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age and hold a valid government-issued ID card or passport. Full payment must be settled through our secure bKash, Nagad, or credit card channels during booking to guarantee check-in.
2. Cancellation & Refund Guidelines
We offer complimentary date alterations or 100% money refunds up to 72 hours before the scheduled check-in window (2:00 PM on reservation date). Cancellations made inside the 72-hour limit will incur a fee equivalent to a one-night room charge.
3. Check-In & Check-Out Hours
Standard check-in opens at 2:00 PM on arrival date. Standard check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM on departure date. Late check-outs are subject to villa availability and extra charge scales unless prior coupon terms specify late releases.
4. Code of Conduct & Forest Protection
Bhawal Resort & Spa operates in an ecologically protected rainforest sanctuary. Guests are strictly requested to respect wildlife and flora. Littering, deep forest tree damage, or explosive audio setups are strictly prohibited inside the resort boundaries to preserve nature quietness.
